Project for Development of Surgical and Medical Intensive Care Units(ICUs), Operation Theatre and Eye Ward at the Teaching Hospital, Jaffna.

Reference Tender No. HCI/COM/JAFFNA/2009 for supply/delivery/installation of medical instrument and equipment for setting up Medical & Surgical ICUs, Operation theatre (OT) and Eye Ward at Teaching Hospital, Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
Further to the pre-bid meeting held on 13.10.2009, the following has been decided:

The last date for submission of sealed tenders with all prescribed documents has been extended to 16th November 2009 (1600 Hrs). |
| (ii) |
Technical bids shall be submitted in duplicate. |
| (iii) |
Preference will be given to bids submitted for the package i.e. for all the items mentioned in the tender. |
| (iv) |
The other terms & conditions of the tender remain unchanged |

| TENDER NOTICE |

Invites bid from reputed Manufacturers/Dealers/Suppliers of medical instrument/equipment for developing Surgical and Medical ICUs, Operation Theatre and Eye Ward at Teaching Hospital, Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
Tender documents can be collected from the office of High Commission of India, 36-38, Galle Road Colombo – 03 at a fee of SL Rs.1,000/= on any working day from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from September 21 to October 23, 2009. These can also be downloaded from the Mission’s website www.hcicolombo.org and in that case, a draft for SL Rs.1000/- or I.Rs. 430/- drawn in favour of High Commission of India towards the fee of tender documents may be enclosed with the technical bid.
The last date for submission of sealed tender with all prescribed document is 26th October 2009. Tender will be opened immediately thereafter.

It has been decided to extend the last date for submission of sealed tenders with all prescribed documents to 31st August 2009 (1600 Hrs). Tender will be opened immediately thereafter. The other terms & conditions of the tender remain unchanged.

The last date for submission of sealed tender with all prescribed document is 31st July, 2009. Tender will be opened immediately thereafter.
